As of now we will have no refunds or returns for online purchases. Although we will be able to exchange some items if you come into the store.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We can replace Elyxr, Rift or Pinnacle carts/disposables if you come into the store with a receipt.
